Buyer claimed brand new coat smelled of "damp". When offered a full return + refund three times, she would only reply with more complaints. She threatened me with a bad rev*ew despite trying to rectify the situation with a return + refund; truly difficult person and believe she simply wants a full refund or partial refund (plus the item) which I will not do.
