Buyer purchased a cellphone I listed as broken for parts only, then after purchase complained with negative feedback that it didn't work. No attempt to resolve, just negative. Looking at her feedback profile, she has never left positive feedback for anyone, only negative. Ebay did nothing to help. I suggest adding this one to your block list and avoiding!
