This buyer demanded the ball is not genuine and I damaged it which is totally not. The ball is genuine product and I didn't damage the ball. I checked the ball in completely fine before shipping. He claimed the ball should not be deflated but it is impossible to ship the ball in the airplane inflated. And I clearly stated this in my item page. He said he had to buy a pump to put air inside the ball but it is essential when someone purchase a ball from overseas. He threatened to me he'll fraud claim with his credit card company if ebay return fails. He mentioned the ball is a destroyed piece of trash. But it is not. Consequently I refunded all his money and this buyer keep the ball. The reason why I did this cause ebay told me they didn't check the item's condition and have no means to do it. In this way they always favored the buyer's side. So I lost the item and moeny. I am a decent, reliable seller in ebay which has 100% positive feedback. I'm not a seller who sells fake product or damaged product. So now I report this buyer who insulted and threatened me.
