This Buyer purchased 36 grams of stones from us, that were clearly described as stones to use in Essential Oil Roller Bottles. Our listing had complete details and photos of the product we were selling. Buyers get the choice of two different stones (9 grams of each stone), choosable via dropdown, and this Buyer chose the same stone (Rose Quartz) and purchased a double quantity of them, so they received 36 grams in total, of Rose Quartz stones. This week we received an email from the customer stating that she didn't receive her order in full. She said she was supposed to receive "two bags" and she had only received one, so she "demanded" that we ship her the second bag. We explained that since she had purchased the same stone, we shipped the entire quantity in one bag, since there was no need to "separate" the same stone, into two different bags. The Buyer then opened a case against us on eBay, stating: "only received one of the two ordered items then found these items at a better price." I refused to accept the return, since our policies clearly state "No Returns/No Refunds." The Buyer then left us "neutral" feedback on eBay, stating the following: "Didn't realize what I ordered until it came. Seller was good with communication" So, this was now at least three separate reasons given, for the customer being dissatisfied with the order! What do you do with a Buyer who is as clueless as this? We reported them to eBay and are also posting this review on the Bad Buyer websites, in the hope that no other Seller has to deal with someone who clearly doesn't know how to order online, and who keeps coming up with different excuses for their obvious "Buyers Remorse."
