Seller, first off, if someone elses a stolen credit card (1) they wouldnt be the ones inititing a chargeback and (2) the address would not be that of the credit cards billable address. You know that credit card regulations including PayPal says, you must ship to the credit card's billable address and no where else. If there is a chargeback for non receipt or not authorized, the proof is on you to prove you shipped to the credit cards billable address. No one should out any money except you, for your stupidity, if the system says the credit card you processed, or PayPal payment you received, said the address was unverified or didnt come up as a match. The charge will go through if you dont have your settings correct, you knew about the address and made the sole decision to ship it or not to ship it based on the information that was right in your face. If you did get scammed your the idiot that allowed it to happen and no one elses!
