Details: | Buyer bought an expensive soccer jersey from me in July. Ship it out directly and never pays duty for it, claims he was never notified. Opens an INR in September and loses. Jersey comes back to me in October and eBay says I don't have to refund the buyer. November he asks for the jersey back or a refund of the costs. I tell him to contact eBay. He opens a charge back against me through PayPal in December. He initially wins because no delivery scan. I fight back, citing UK postal codes that because duty was never paid, delivery cannot happen. I won the appeal. |
