Details: | Buyer purchased on Saturday May 16, 2020. I sent the buyer a followup message asking the buyer to please make sure they have read the "Shipping Information" section of the listing. To make sure they understand that as stated in the listing, the item will ship in an ordinary stamped envelope. No tracking will be provided. Shipping time can take 2-14 business days. If this is not acceptable, then please can your order. I received no response from the buyer. Must have agreed. Monday May 18, 2020 the item shipped out exactly as stated. Monday May 25, 2020 at approximately 11pm, the buyer sent me a message demanding the tracking number. Within an hour of the message, the buyer opened a case demanding a refund because I did not provide proof that I shipped it and I must be a scammer. I responded informing the buyer about the shipping and follow-up message. The buyer then stated that I have 24hrs to refund or she is reporting me to ebay. Of course I informed her that I will not be issuing a refund until our agreed upon 14 business days has expired and the item still has not arrived. If she has a problem with that, then by all means, make sure you tell ebay that you did not read the shipping terms and how you feel you should be exempt from them. Because after all, the customer is always right. The next message from the customer was I am lucky the item just showed up. |
