Wayne H Johnson Sr, buyer, ordered item that was clearly marked as backordered. Asked if he could be charged when order ships, this was agreed. Paypal expired and the supplier, unknowingly, drop-shipped items before payment was received by us. Wayne H Johnson Sr refused to answer all phone calls, emails and contacts directly from Paypal. We tracked item via UPS and have confirmation Mr. Johnson signed for and received the package, yet still refuses to reauthorize Paypal and make payment. He was contacted by calls, emails and contacts directly from Paypal after he receiving it as well.
*This was only partial shipment of total order and he was only charged for the part that was shipped not the total amount.
