Customer waits for anything to happen with order. Right before order gets delivered and he has tracking to follow it. He puts in a negative feedback and chargeback with his credit card company. He says he will take it off once item arrives. He does remove the seller feedback once item arrives but then keeps the chargeback unless you give him a $100 discount.
