Bought a $200 bumper bar, submitted a not as described return. He sent back a used chapstick in a priority mail envelope.
Bar we sent = 15lbs, Chapstick we sent = .2lbs.
Then he files claim with eBay after we questioned if this was a possible mistake on his end (got to give the customer benefit of the doubt, right?) Of course no response from buyer and guess what? Ebay sided with the "customer"!
