Buyer bought a working Xbox 360 supposedly as a Christmas present. Item was received on Dec. 23rd. 10 days later, buyer claimed that the system was defective. He claimed that the box had been opened, but the Xbox was not used/tested for 10 days. Of course, Ebay did their "investigation" and without any questions to the buyer refunded the money. I was sent back an Xbox that was badly damaged. Save yourself the trouble and never sell to this person. I myself am never using Ebay again (I had sold many items prior to this).
