Details: | I sold her a floor steamer. She paid for it on 09/20/2011 she emails me on Oct 1st and asks me why it is streaking her floors. I told her that she is either letting the steam pad get wet or she has soap residue on her floor from mopping. A few days go buy and she then emails me and says the trigger on the handle does not work. That is funny I said as it worked just a few days ago cause it was streaking her floors. She filed a claim with Ebay stating that item was not as described. I explained the situation to Ebay and that it worked when she first emailed and now she says it does not work. I had ebay emails as proof. They sided with her. She has to ship it back and I got it yesterday. Took it out of box added water waited for the light to turn green and pulled the trigger. Guess what??? It works like new. I now have a steamer I can't resell as it has no original box. Sellers Beware |

Oh and I forgot to mention that a couple of days before purchasing my steamer she purchased a different brand off ebay as well. She kept that steamer and left positive feed back for that person then claimed mined did not work after having both steamers for over 2 weeks. She was seeing which one she liked best and then decided to file a claim on the one she did not want by screaming it was not as described. Ebay ALWAYS sides with the buyers when it comes to "NOT AS DESCRIBED" claims. Even though it worked fine when I got it. She left me negative feedback of course.
