Details: | Buyer purchased a $2.00 red seal note for $5.24 with free shipping. I shipped it in first class letter. He waited until I gave him feedback ( just under 30 days) to claim he didn't get it. Since it was a small value item, I didn't track it. Just sent it first class, very well sealed and with little to attract attention. Its my own fault to not track it but if he's lying its still fraud and maybe my report can help catch him. |

You knew he received the item and you knew that it was your responsibility to place tracking on anything you ship to anyone. You knew the burdon of proof is on you to refute any claims against buyers. You took the risk and lost. The buyer saw you didnt put tracking on the item, so they ripped you off. Next time use tracking and for a $2 item, throw it out instead of trying to sell it. Or sell it locally and get cash on delivery.
