Sent item to this person and they said it was defective but cannot send item back nor can they take a photo or video to prove it. Wanted a partial refund. Refunded fully and told them I would not be taking their orders in the future and got verbally berated. They have canceled orders in the past randomly saying that this was her husband Glen and he didn't authorize the purchase. They haven't been an issue on some purchases but always send extra emails reminded me how much they paid and that they expect it to be delivered quickly. All that is fine but this last time was definitely an attempted scam and wanted other music distributors to be aware.
