We shipped on 20th Oct, buyer refused the parcel two times on 23rd and 24th, and she contacted us to say it's our fault, so she require us to offer her some partial refund, if not, she will left bad feedback.
We declined her request.
So she left negative feedback, luckily, we contact eBay and has removed the negative feedback, please block her.
