I explained to the buyer that I was disabled due to complications from a leg injury which affects my walking and causes me a lot of pain, and that I had put the dispatch time to 15 working days which would more than make up for this. Instead of being more sympathetic, this person told me I should have took this into consideration when posting the listing and that I should have sent it out to her via Hermes who pick up from the door way.
I have been having problems with Hermes who keep repeatedly losing my parcels so I feel like I can’t win. Not only that but this person made me feel incredibly insulted due to her very clear form of disability discrimination.
