Buyer made a Best Offer of $6800 on my item and I accepted. Within 1 minute of acceptance, buyer sends a message saying he will only pay $6000 and if I did not accept the new offer, I would receive a negative feedback. This type of buyer is worse than the tire kicker type. Avoid at all costs.
