After 18 years you know one thing. PayPal and EBay are scumbags. They will purposely make you lose both your product and money because they are fucking you and protecting themselves at your expense. The will always side with the buyer in order to prevent a credit card chargeback in which they have no control over when the money is taken away from them. You should contact the FTC and there's now an organization forgot the name in which was created in 2008, its like the BBB but its a government agency.
