The buyer claimed that the item she received was bigger than the one she purchased. However, the item she received was the exact size that she purchased. After providing Ebay with proof of the item the buyer received, the buyer retaliated. The buyer threatened and tried to extort me, the seller. The buyer never returned the item but left neg. feedback stating that she did. The buyer kept the item and did not return the item back. Ms. Julie Ann Krohta have been reported to Ebay and a complaint with the American Bar Association will be filed against Ms. Julie Ann Krohta for professional misconduct (Rule 8.4) Ms. Julie Ann Krohta has engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation.
