No you were the one that scammed yourself for basically trusting everyone. You are more then well aware of scams that go out there. You also know ebay and paypal wont help you whatsoever, they will just steal from you more times than buyers do. So you have to make procedures and policies that protect yourself and are up front and prior to purchase. Dont every pay for return shipping, dont every refund any one or give discounts for so called problems, those are the biggest fraud scammers. If a buyer claims the item is defective, have them state why and how its defective, try to get the morons to admit fault and say ok send it back and thats that. If they pull their bullshit, just say you stated you would accept the return and they kept it. By Law they have to return an item or no refund whatsoever. If eBay pulls their shit, file a complaint with the FTC
