Buyer forwards items overseas and promptly opened a return case for defective item right after receiving it. The item was shown in an image to by simply out of battery and the buyer did not respond to ANY inquiries to charge the product. The buyer has absolutely 0 communication aside from asking for a return label. Item was never returned and the case was escalated to ebay. Ebay favored with us initially but the escalation team overturned the decision because the item was over $1000 (ebay was very ambiguous here). We tried to reach out to the buyer again and of course no response.

I do not recommend shipping anything of value to this user. We are a medium to large ebay store and we understand the cost of doing business will involve scammers/theft of package etc.
