| Details: | Him and Paypal got together and opened up a claim against me for ten bucks. He received the code via email, I have proof. He has purchased other certificates this month, but only opened a claim against me, not the other sellers. How could both his email and ebay and paypal addresses be hacked? Not possible, he is only going along with Paypal who probably filed the claim themselves and not him |
