I know this is easy to say, but if someone is that crazy and belligerent and doesn't want to pay, its easiest not to entrust merchandise to them. When they are jerks like that guy, they could claim they didn't get it, then keep the item and money. Sorry you went through that, good luck in the future. buyers not paying before shippment, is far better than buyers file chargeback and get full refund without returning the product.

That's stupidity on the seller's part if they grant a full refund without the product being returned first.

Contact USPS Mail fraud inspectors. They will deal with this person. This person tried scamming me as well. I have opened a case against her in all channels - eBay PayPal USPS. Let me know if we can collude. I have direct fraud evidences against her. B###!

I was scammed by this seller and lost nearly $500. The seller is purchasing computer parts (CPUs) and filing INR claims after the tracking information expires. PayPal will pretend to humor you with an "investigation" but they''ll just side with the buyer because delivery can't be proven. USPS doesn't keep any records at all beyond 120 days. The PayPal agents all know that, but then ask for documentation "proving" delivery. It's a total sham.

I'd like to make a correction to my initial report. I mistakenly referred to the buyer as a "seller". I meant buyer. I was the one who sold the CPU to him/her. This is with regards to the 5th post on this page.

This is a professional scammer . Same thing as other people happened to me . This person MALEE SUDHARMADJI, ebay: alvin192012, bought a Computer part from me ( Dell CPU) on January, 31 2017. She paid and left me good feedback and asked me to pack properly the item. I did as requested and provided a valid tracking number. The tracking shown that she received a week after the purchase. ( 02/07/17). I verified emailing her saying that the tracking shown delivered . She replied : " I got the item . Thank you . If you have more to sell let me know". Then of course I though that was it . But in June 30 she opened a claim with Paypal ( she tried ebay first but it didn't work for her) saying the item wasn't delivered and of course the tracking number didn't show any info after so long has passed. Paypal wouldn't accept the emails that I had with her saying she got it . I even copy a letter from the post office stating that after that long there is no more tracking information. .. CONTINUE

After countless calls to paypal and ebay ,many emails with screenshots and even a letter to authorized paypal to look into my ebay communications (because I guess they could not verify my email screenshots) they finally rule in favor of the scammer with the reason : "Tracking wouldn't provide valid delivery information" . I was pissed so I appealed the ruling and again after countless calls to support I lost the appeal again and my account was showing in negative . After that, I emailed them asking to have a manager give me a call because I was feeling that I presented enough proof to win the dispute . Then magically after a couple of days I got an email saying that they put the money back to my account. ...CONTINUE

They didn't say why they changed their mind but I have the feeling that they figured out that this was a scammer, at least when I was talking to ebay support I mentioned that all over the internet this user was mentioned as at least a problematic buyer but I was almost sure it was a scammer. Who the F*** knows but paypal needs to change their policies resolving a claim and not just solely rely on a tracking number specially if the postal service (USPS) wont save those records forever. Anyways I am mostly an ebay buyer (since 2004) this time was ,I believe, my 5th time selling but it was a horrible experience and what a f***ing waste of my time .

Folks. You need to contact me. I will suggest a quick alternate approach where you can get proof of delivery from ebay for past six Months. Requires a small tweak. The original poster helped me win the paypal case, but initially they decided against me twice. If you want him to contact you, then leave an email address in this comment section.

Persistence is the Key. PayPal claims that they have real "case investigators" who review the case and the evidence, but that is highly unlikely. I've discovered that several sellers have been victims of this scam and neither payal nor ebay has done anything against the buyer. If they decide in favor of the scammer, KEEP appealing, KEEP calling and KEEP demanding a supervisor.
5. You WILL eventually win the case and your funds will be refunded; but don't forget to file a complaint against this fraud with both ebay and paypal. In theory, if there are enough strikes against her/his account, then she/he will (eventually) be permanently banned from both services.

8/27/17 - Called Ebay to report buyer for scam/fraud: Malee Sudharmadji of 38231 Dixon Ct Fremont CA 94536-5911. Ebay representatives are polite but not sure what department to transfer me to; advise me that ebay's policy will normally side with the buyer in "empty box" cases. Advise me to call back on Friday Sep. 1st.

8/29/17 - Refund Issued to buyer "nm11336" Malee Sudharmadji. Scam successful.

Call ebay again and ask for a supervisor. NEVER settle for the basic help desk agents. They know next to nothing. Explain the situation to them. Also, explain that numerous complaints have been filed against the buyer. Keep calling until something is done. Also write a letter to corporate. Don't let this KNOWN scammer get away with this.

posting buyer information on this fourum is against policy of eBay, I hope they report you for thinkng that you're smart but rather being stupid and getting yourself banned from eBay. I have reported this site to eBay already and they're aware of this.
