Buyer buys car with two weeks warrantee, gets made at previous owner three months later then makes false statements about the condition of the car and at the same time claiming he never received it,. He also claims fraudulent unauthorized charge on his account and begins to harass me demanding more money or else, and more false claims and chargebacks with PayPal and harassments on eBay via email after I told him to not contact me.
Overview, I Sold Edward a 27 year old car on eBay 9Aug. 2016. Drove it 2000 miles before dropping it off, ran great. I even paid 25% of the gas and all of the hotel, food on the road, and air fare home and gave him $500 off the original price of the car.
Received an email from Edward 14 sept 9:06 am stating he had a good day at the junk yard buying parts mostly interior parts for his newly acquired 27 year old Volvo. Edward states for some bizarre reason he contacted the previous owner and wants to get a new title (not the old one) from the previous owner and I'm out of the picture.

5 Oct. 2016 Edward has a dispute with previous owner who was helping for free, Edward gets aggressive and demands I force the previous owner to sign over a new title and begins making threats and stating he will continue to harass until I pay him a lot of money. When I don't respond within a few hours, having not yet received the emails, he files a PayPal disput claiming the car is no longer any good, not as described, now that the previous owner who was helping him for free will not help him.

Month later PayPal does a bait and switch. I tried to deposit $2800 in my account and TWO FACE PayPal Within 15 MINUTES PayPal reopens the chargeback restricting my funds. PayPal said they agree with me but will still restrict and keep any funds for 80 days but will probably rule in my favor because it's not possible to have a car not as described and not delivered. They also said they will not accept any more documentation on the case. However I am stuck with two attorney visits, weeks of letter writing to explain false charges, slander via Edward Kenney who claims the car was not as described then reopens chargeback saying he did not receive it? Beware, eBay linked my account with PayPal twice after I had disconnected it with PayPal. I disassociated the accounts for the 3rd time yesterday. PayPal and eBay for the most part have the same owners.
