He bought an expensive guitar from us, we shipped with FedEx signature required to his home address (which we checked with county record matched his name). He called FedEx to hold at a local office to pick up, and he came there, showed his ID and signed for it. Then a month later called credit card company to dispute that he didn't authorized for the purchase. We called his phone number and emailed him several time to see if he mistakenly disputed it, but those contact info we used successfully before, now not answer!

He just simply wanted the guitar for free! Avoid this buyer!
