Your saying that the same person bought 2 items from your store and did a chargeback both times. You should of caught that the first time. Its obvious you have no organization or program you use to track your sales, like Quickbooks. The first chargeback you should of blacklisted the person and updated your sales software of what she did. But you didnt and you got your pants down
