Customer is aggressive, abusive and makes threats.
Tracking shows items delivered. Buyer claims not, demands refund, sends threats via email. Leaves false feedback.
Nightmare customer from day 1.
Issued a refund simply to make him go away and he then sends more threats and abuse.
Reported to amazon for the abuse and if he carries on i will take this further.
