Details: | I tried very hard to satisfy Steven Nickodemski (eBay name 09htc) and Nicko on the rolexforums. I answered every one of his emails. I held his hand throughout the slow shipping process (he requested registered mail) even though he filed a dispute against me and won. After he received the watch, he didn't answer any of my emails requesting that he pay for it. He finally paid only after I filed my own dispute. I gave him a 3 day money back period to have the watch inspected. He was very happy with his watch and left me positive feedback. Almost a month later, Nicko filed another dispute against me on Paypal without even trying contacting me first. It turns out that he broke his watch and wanted me to pay for it and also pay to fully restore it. He and his friends at the rolexforums ganged up and tried to extort me for the money. The even posted my home address without my permission and refused to remove it. I have been a seller on eBay and Timezone for 10 years and I have 100% positive feedback. Billjetpilot |

He's finally been banned on TRF
Posted over 13 years ago by 69.24.X.X Report as SPAM
He should have been banned June 15th, 2010 when he accused nbTimes of having two TRF accounts and threaten to punch him because Ben didn't like the look of the hands on his 5513.
He's just problematic at every issue; I wouldn't want to ever deal with him. He is simply childish and quick to publicly accuse people of being scam artists.
Another of his emails:

Steven Nickodemski has been banned on The Rolex Forums for his childish behavior. He is very dishonest. All buyers/sellers beware. He will rip you off.

He was never banned on TRF, he requested his account to be terminated. If you have any doubts then contact the TRF staff or Stevo they will sort this out. As for the other accusations, well I have dealt with him in the past and the deal went fine.

People are just tired of you being a whiny bitch, Steve. But thanks for letting us know your deal with yourself went fine.

My name is Bill,
I've never dealt with Steve, nor will I ever. I simply do not like the way he airs his dirty laundry in public. nice.pebbles & watchadoo may or may not sell authentic parts; but I would have done my own research before hitting the buy it now button. His problems with dirost, billjetpilot and nbtimes are just disturbing. He needs to take a breather before he drags peoples names and reputations through the mud. Most of them have been dealing in watches far longer than he.

Looks like Steven Nickodemski has changed his ebay name again. Warning to all sellers and buyers his new name is: vecijoso3. You can run, but you can't hide.

If you know half of the story you wouldn't be writing this. You are going on hearsay and rumor, or you are Mr. Bill himself. Ask around and you will get the real story.

Pissing off people on VRF Market is also bad business, Steve. Sabotaging a sale seriously affects the sale and said person's income. Until you learn to keep your mouth shut, I'd suggest keeping your mouth shut. If you need my name as well, it is Mark. Cheers.

Sorry Steve, I'm not the Bill who sold you a Tudor. Nothing I've written about you is hearsay or rumor. Everything, I've written comes directly from your own posts on various forums. Anybody who wants to spend 10 minutes using the search button on these forums, can research it themselves. It's time to grow up.

senicko has been posting on various replica forums. He's also been trying to test the grounds for fakes on vrf. Tread carefully with this seller, buyer & trader. Transactions with him do not go smoothly.

Wow Bill you're at it again, Bill 'whatever your surname is'. I'm glad you're having a grand old time following me around the internet, it's actually quite flattering. The entire past 3 years of your past have been devoted to looking up my posts (and those of which you think are mine), great job! I come here from time to time to view the contemptible posts being made so as to keep this alive and am absolutely flabbergasted at the time taken by 2 or 3 individuals to defame me. Keep it up; I actually think it’s a riot that all of these posts are from pretty much the same couple of dolts. Yuck on Bill. P.S. please tell me your surname so I know who I'm dealing with, it¡'s so unfair, hahahahha.

I hardly spend time on you. Every now and again I notice you flip from replica to real and eventually throw temper tantrums in between. Many forums, both rep and gen, are aware of your practices and attitude, Steve; not just a couple "dolts". The sellers and buyers on these markets do not deserve to have to put up with people like you. By the look of the other links in this thread, you're defaming yourself. Getting yourself banned from forums on both sides of real/fake spectrum has failed to teach you anything about maturity or integrity. When you stop trying to pass fake off as real, maybe this thread will die.

Bad me. I didn't notice he was banned from TRF and tried to purchase a rivet bracelet for a 1675. It was on the Vintage Rolex Marketplace on Network 54. I gifted money on paypal but didn't get the bracelet. I originally couldn't find anything on Nicko but after I realized I wasn't getting the bracelet I found that he was banned from TRF.
Lesson learned! Know your seller and know your crooks!

Coronavirus outbreak live updates: Complete lockdown in 30 states & UTs; curfew in Maharashtra, Punjab
Govt has further extended the lockdown by announcing suspension of all domestic flight operations from March 25 onwards. This comes after a decision to shut all interstate buses, trains and metros was taken yesterday itself. Meanwhile, the global fatality figure has touched 15,000.
The government today said it will pay wages to its contractual labourers who have been forced to stay at home due to the coronavirus pandemic. "Due to social distancing and isolation measures to contain spread of COVID19, there is a likelihood of number of contractual labour and outsourced staff working for government of India being unable to attend work, resulting in deduction in wages, thus causing hardship to them," said the Ministry of Finance in a statement. "The ministry has issued orders to declare this period as 'on duty' and wages paid accordingly."

He also asks for freebies after the transaction is done, possibly in an attempt to make people feel that if they don't give him freebies, he'll give negative feedback.
One transaction, he actually asked for "a first appearance or small key". He actually said that.
