sold brand new purse, buyer accused me of selling a 2nd because the zipper did not meet the edge when closed or open. IT IS THE DESIGN OF THE BAG! Pictures clearly showed gap in zipper, buyer did not look closely at pics, left me negative feedback on something not my fault, I emailed buyer explained all this to him/her asked to remove feedback, he/she didn't. I also provided proof I bought it off the makers website, along w/other sellers selling the same bag & all have the same zipper style. Unfortunately ebay won't remove unjust negative feedback, you have to reply to the buyer feedback which is stupid. So unfair! Beware of this person. More trouble than their worth!!!
