Sends message stating the item is not as described, but in the same message says they are disabled, doesn't drive, and doesn't "Do Returns". Wants us to refund the payment so they can keep the item for free.

Frederick Ellefsen Tremblay robbed me big time. Frederick Ellefsen Tremblay ordered multiple items and them MONTHS later opened multiple chargebacks with the credit card company. Frederick Ellefsen Tremblay likes to order items and not pay for them. This should serve as a warning to all other sellers.
