I sold a tested and clearly mint condition bottom bracket to Miguel for $50, less than 24hrs after having the item he leaves negative feedback and opens a return request. The problem is he is clearly committing "Theft by Deception", trying to pull an item swap here. The bottom bracket I sold is stainless steel without a speck of rust anywhere, yet the pictures he sent it's suddenly totally covered in rust. There is also massive stripping to threads, so he is trying to send me back a rusty and broken piece of junk like I can't tell he is swapping items. You can see the original item in the pictures and it's flawless, blatant fraud and abuse of ebay "Item Not Described" return system! Avoid Miguel Hernandez at all costs!
