| Details: | Buyer requested a refund said a HD 6570 RADEON XFX VIDEO GRAPHICS CARD that we sent him was not new. We requested that it be shipped back. the time from the case was getting close and ebay said they would refund him and it would be a strike against us. so we refunded him and received the package a few days later only to find a bag of plastic parts in place to the video card. so we sent him a invoice through pay pal, sent him a message through ebay and are reporting him to you.
We also registered the product with the company and reported it stolen with the company. so no warranty can be filed. Do you have any other ideas on how to deal with this kinda situations.Thank you for your time. |

File a police report, and also file another report of mail fraud with the post office, next time this happens. Make sure you keep the evident in hand, in case the cops or post master general ask to take images of the item. Hope that helps.
