Maybe you should tell whole story. Item was prepaid minutes I didn't authorize on credit card statement, not done by me. Minutes were distributed so no refund from company. It wasn't service for my cell phone. Prepaid service couldn't track down purchaser. I had to close eBay account as well as PayPal account due to the unauthorized payment.
