The buyer threatened me with a partial refund with retaliation evaluation. Buyer using a lots bad feedback threatened me with a partial refund.

I can see why buyer is doing this to you. You posted buyer info which breach eBay. They can have your account suspended for leaking their personal information towards the web. This was very childish to do it even if the buyer was a fraud. I hate seller like you, If you did that to me. I would sue you.
