False, The Item that was returned was the exact item that was shipped to me. In Fact I never even opened the box. Ebay Never Reversed any decision and refunded me the money you refused to return. Do no buy from this Purchaser because they are fraudulent

False claim by buyer. Buyer initially claimed that the knife we sent him was not authentic - he would've had to have opened the box to make this claim. We only sell authentic Benchmade knives and purchase all of our knives from Benchmade. They are shipped to customers in factory sealed boxes. The box was returned with the factory seal torn so obviously, it was opened by the buyer. Ebay initially ruled in the buyer's favor but we appealed the decision and provided photos of the knife that was returned to us (counterfeit) and an authentic Benchmade 940-2. We pointed out the differences between the two knives in the photos. Ebay reversed their decision and we were refunded $159.95.

I never claimed the knife to be counterfeit. I never opened the box it was shipped in. I just placed the return label on it while the mail man was delivering and he took it the same day. I read on the product description that it was open box and emailed him before it was even delivered stating I didn’t want to risk it being a fake because bench made would keep it if mailed for warranty reasons. The seller responded saying they open the boxes before shipping. This guy is lying and trying to discredit my name
