We sent the buyer, Lucy Salazar, chicano youth foundation a brand new, factory sealed printer. The buyer returned their completely damaged printer. Multiple parts were missing, the plastic cover was removed and damaged, and ink was spilled all over. The item appears to have been completely vandalized. No accessories or the original printer box were returned.
