Asad Choudry gave the impression that his merchandise was irrepairably damaged by being vague about an error message, which was extremely clear that no damage at all had occured. He later admitted to this.

As a warranty case, he should have been refunded $199 (if it was indeed a broken machine, which it was not) but we mistakenly refunded him his entire order, $ 288.50. When he discovered we'd blocked him, he then told us there was nothing wrong with his machine and he merely lost a $3 part of it that could be trivially replaced, we asked him to pay us back the refund, and that otherwise we would expose him for unjust enrichment.

He then said he was an attorney and would destroy our company in a lawsuit unless we let the matter go. We find it ironic that a person who studied criminal justice is in fact a psychopath, a "thief of opportunity" as it is called.
