Buyer purchased a tank top in size XL. When she received it she said it did not fit her and requested bigger size. When offered a bigger size she demanded free shipping on the item she purchased plus the shipping of the new bigger item. When seller refused, she filed a claim for "item not as described" lying that she received a "different model" in order to keep the merchandise and the money.
