Customer ordered product, then before receiving it filed complaint with ebay, asking for refund, as product wasn't as stated, then buyer emailed me saying they haven't received item, then requested refund, sending back an empty package, as it had tracking, ebay assumed they returned item, so customer stole item and i was forced to refund them.... beware con artist
