| Details: | Buyer stated package was empty of the 3 lids upon arrival. Then requested a full replacement. Full refund was given as well as an Additional %12 in refund trans fees levied by amz. I requested buyer NOT send me back an empty package as they were "stolen/ missing" right? Buyer then returned 2 of the 3 lids AFTER getting the refund and keeping 1 of the 3 enclosed items.
