Details: | This nuisance of a buyer purchased a lifetime license key for an antimalware software back in late May 2017. My return policy on my listings clearly states that I can help up to 30 days of receiving the license. After that, the product becomes the buyer's full responsibility. Yes, full. After six months, nearly seven, the buyer returns with a series of messages saying that they resetted their PC and need the key again because they "lost" it. I ignored these messages because the fact is, A. It is long past the 30 days return and aftercare policy.
After ignoring two messages, I got an ironically verbal abusing message from the buyer. Ironic because the insults launched at me were very hypocritical of the buyer to use. I simply responded back stating the return policy, that I've blocked and reported them and their message to eBay, which they said that I was "absolutely right" in my actions, and not condoning the buyer's actions, and to never message me back. Of course, the buyer did reply to which I deleted their message without reading it and had it reported to eBay. I have had no further communication since then. I've already contacted several other sellers about this and they also agreed that the buyer was a total nuisance. Avoid selling to this asshat - christmas60nc |

I read only now.
Among the many things I am struck by phrases of offensive content that in Italy are liable to lawsuit because of the medium with which they are disseminated.
I reserve the right to proceed according to the law.

This is a very general statement, and obviously there are exceptions, but in most legal systems, the plaintiff has to bring action within the defendant's jurisdiction. So (based on the usage of the term "berk"), Italian law wouldn't really be an issue for the buyer in this matter.
I'm just sayin'.
