Buyer is a scam artist. Made purchase on eBay and then complained about sales tax and argued the legality of it. Supreme Court has already ruled on this and my sales tax certificates are on file with eBay. Unfortunately I don't make the laws. John Winkelmann was so desperate that he charged the entire purchase back with his credit card company claiming not as described. This is fraud. John Winkelmann owns Talisman Coins which is located at the same address. Sellers beware of John Winkelmann and anyone in the market for coins should stay far away from Talisman Coins since they engage in fraudulent claims!
