Buyer ordered a laptop through the eBay International Shipping program (EIS). Laptop was shipped out the same day via Fed-Ex 2-Day service to the EIS center. Laptop was received by EIS, but while preparing the international shipment, EIS determined the laptop could not be exported to the Maldives. EIS refunded the buyer in full. Buyer left negative feedback claiming I am a bad seller and that I "never shipped the laptop" even though tracking information shows otherwise. Left negative feedback full of lies for something clearly out of my control.
