Since his address is in a building, UPS missed him the first time and was scheduled to hold his order at the nearest UPS access point for next day pickup. The buyer calls in and schedules a re-delivery. It is successfully redelivered. He contacts us 4 days later stating he never received his order.

To all sellers, be careful with addresses that have an apartment number. Try to ship with USPS and add signature. Avoid shipping to addresses like the Bronx unless you add signature and insurance.
