| Details: | Purchased a xbox live code, no more than 2 hrs he called it " item not received " and opened a PayPal suspension and Credit card chargeback. Despite item was sent on next day. Now PayPal hold the funds and asked buyer to respond of this "non-receipt" claim. He has not even responded but just let PP to hold funds for 20 more days ! WTF ? |
