Details: | Purchased item on ebay. Tried to contact buyer, sent invoice. Never replied. Never paid. Ebay opened and closed unpaid item after 34 days. Relisted and same buyer purchased item within 2 hours of relisting. Should have blocked him but didn't do it in time. I suspect that this is a dummy account for a competitive seller that wants to tie up the competiton. |

If you haven't already, you can adjust your "buyer requirements" to block bidders with a history of non-payment or other account violations. In My Ebay go to the Account tab. Go to Site Preferences, then Selling Preferences. There, you can edit Buyer Requirements. When I changed my buyer requirements to the strictest setting, I suddenly had a significant drop in problem buyers. Good luck! :)
