Details: | Jessica Hensley ordered an expensive item, sent tracked RR355808064CZ and severely delayed by the infamous 12-week USPS disaster of the first quarter of the year. She demanded a refund (and blocked our funds) for this shipment, that will eventually arrive, being delayed by USPS outside our control. We proven to her that USPS tracking status is incorrect and that they do have gigantic delays. She did not believe us and in violation of our T&C she actively agreed to, filed a dispute. Our T&C state that we can make the case public. |

I buy online virtually on a daily basis. Have great seller and buyer reviews with eBay and pay pal. I was originally told up to 30 days. The only thing "proven" to me was a press release put on the web site from the company I bought from on March 21st about delays. Now it has been changed from up to 30 to indefinitely. unfortunately that is not what I signed up for and now I'm being threatened with Internet fraud if I don't return an item I have never received and have no idea if/when I might receive. I have never had any issue returning an item or being refunded for anything. If/when I ever receive the item I will return it.

Mrs. Hensley is incorrect on all counts. Firstly, we provided her with a lot of 3rd party evidence for these delays and incorrect tracking status: https://www.etsy.com/teams/7718/questions/discuss/15970718/page/12 Also there is a petition about this situation to ask USPS to stop lying in their tracking status: https://www.change.org/p/usps-redefine-the-tracking-policy
We never asked Jessica Hensley to wait "indefinitely" either, we said please wait a total of 12 weeks (90 days) because that currently is the worst USPS processing delay.
Returning the item is not acceptable to us. It is "buyers' remorse" and it would mean we'd have to pay for the cost of shipping and restocking (which means repackaging the product). Also, our sales policy states that we accept no returns for that product, since it involves bodily fluids. We are acting fully within our T&C that this customer agreed to and we can prove it.

Frank, the owner of owndoc who goes by the name of Sarah is the author of this post. His company is a fraud. Please, google owndoc scam and don't do business with this company. He smears his customers personal information all over the internet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OWNDOC. They are a scam company. After you do research on this company, help spread the word to everyone you know. Give online reviews. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING OR DO ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES ACCEPTING THIS COMPANIES TERMS OF SERVICE.

Sarah here. If you're a person who has ever done a chargeback in their life, indeed by no means ever buy from us, because buying from us involves agreeing to public blacklisting of all your details as soon as you file a payment dispute for absolutely any reason whatsoever. That is fully correct. Chargebacks are always considered fraud in Europe, that's why the banks won't allow it. It's a crime in Europe.

Once again. Sarah is not a real person and Owndoc is a fraud company. It's all over the internet. Has been for years.

The guy who started the anonymous blog "Owndoc scam" is Robert Lyle Kindelan, an octogenarian who threatened to destroy our reputation unless we'd remove our reviews of the GAPS scam, the diet claiming to cure Autism. He's friends with the woman raking in the dough on that scam. But sure- if you plan on stealing from us, better not to agree with our T&C (blacklisting for fraud).
