Opened a 'item not as described' case against us. We knew right away that her claims were false. We fought the claims and won. Unfortunately, eBay refunded the buyer her money back on their own. This buyer misused the eBay money back guarantee returns. Be aware when doing business with this buyer. We have reported this person, and blocked. Good luck to other sellers.
