The buyer asked a lot of questions before ordering a final sale coat. He also asked if the coat could be returned and if it's not authentic. I told him the coat is authentic and couldn't be returned. I asked him to check all the detailed photos in the listing. And I told him not to buy from me if he couldn't tell if the coat is authentic from the photos. Then he placed an order and opened a return case claiming the coat was fake. I told him to check it in official stores and I also sent him my purchase invoice from a department store. But he ignored me and didn't reply. I asked him if he still have questions a couple of days later and he didn't reply again. Then today he escalated the case and forced me to accept his return. He's lying to force a return of final sale item and he wanted me to pay all his shipping fee.
