Buyer purchased goods from me on 18 July 2019 and received them on 25 July 2019. Buyer then contacts me on 28 August 2019 and states he has an issue with part of the goods. After an investigation I determined that the Buyer damaged the part, and refused any refund or return through eBay. Buyer then requests a PayPal refund, again stating that I was a "liar" and "con", omitting the details of how he damaged the part. PayPal grants his request, leaving me with the goods that he damaged.
